Well, I certainly opened Pandora's Box by asking you guys if you had any questions for me! You have a ton of questions! HUNDREDS! I love it though and will do my best to answer them all. This is just Part 1...if you don't see your question, it is most likely coming up in Parts 2 or 3 next week. I've consolidated some of the questions because they were asked multiple times. Here we go... 1. Am I a stay at home mom?Well...I'm supposed to be one. I do stay at home with my kids but I run 3 businesses...

Dickens of a Christmas
Posted on 03:05 by Unknown
The little town where we live (which so happens was named Money Magazine's 2nd best city to live in in the United States) has Dickens of a Christmas every year. All of the store owners dress like Dickens characters, they close off the streets for a festival, it fake snows on you..it's magical. We love to go. Mom and me Smith and Papa JayWe brought along that guy. Kensington went tubing down an ice slide. She loved...

Ask Shay :)
Posted on 02:30 by Unknown
I've had a lot of people email me and/or leave me a comment asking questions. I get a wide variety of questions from what kind of workouts do you do?...to...what nail polish are you wearing?...to...how do I travel with my kids?...a wide assortment. ...so today, I'm open for questions. Nothing is off limits. You can ask and I will try and answer (obviously, there are some things I can't answer but I'll at least post your question). Ask away...comments won't be published, I will do a post on Friday where I answer your...

Black Friday
Posted on 02:50 by Unknown
If you know me, you know that I'm a tough girl. I'm not intimidated by much. I don't deal with peer pressure and wouldn't back down to a fight. I'm pretty tough. With one exception...I have major panic attacks and anxiety when it comes to mass chaos shopping. Don't invite me to a sample sale, a clearance sale, any sale where stampeding, line-waiting and pushing is involved. I need a brown paper bag to breathe...

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family this year. My family of 4 slept in and then watched the parade before heading to my grandparents' house for lunch and dinner (yes, we eat twice!). Casey and Paisley My little turkey! Me and Paisley! (Oh...and who is that stranger in the background???) It's my little brother Sean :). He's home and we're all so happy! We had a lot of Uncle Seanie time this...

A little chicken with my turkeys
Posted on 03:45 by Unknown
Usually on Tuesdays, the kiddos go to preschool but yesterday, they were off. When Kensington woke up (bright and early at 4:30...thank you jet-lag), she said she really wanted to go to Chick-fil-a. What's a mama to do? I took my little turkeys to get some chicken. These are the days I'll remember the rest of my life. Just me and my babies...hanging out togethe...

i-Phone Life: thankful for Christmas stuff
Posted on 03:46 by Unknown
Well...hello there. I've been...um...away recently and have missed you :). I'm jet-lagged and in a fog but woke up this morning to Christmas music on my local radio station and a house already decked out in tinsel and lights...I feel really blessed. I don't skip over Thanksgiving...I'm just quite thankful for Christmas cheer, so I bring it out early. Here are a few i-Phone pics of us from this weekend and our Christmas merriment. ...

Clint's Team
Posted on 02:30 by Unknown

This time of year, we tend to think a lot about ourselves and what we want. However, there are a lot of people out there that just want to be healthy. Sean's best friend Clay has a brother-in-law with Crohn's disease. He was diagnosed the day after his first child was born. This December, Sean and Clay will be participating in a run to raise money to support research and help find a cure. If you would like to donate...

Camping
Posted on 03:30 by Unknown
Andrew and the kids decided to camp in our backyard. They were totally into it! They went and bought a tent and sleeping bags...they roasted s'mores and watched movies on Andrew's i-Pad...they rocked the camping! Mama slept inside because...well...mama didn't want to sleep in a tent but boy did they have fun! Their digs for the night. Eating s'mores inside the tent :). Sweet kiddos! Andrew is the best daddy...

i-Phone Life
Posted on 03:11 by Unknown
An assortment of random i-Phone pics for your Wednesday... ...this was seriously my kids crying after the Cowboys pitiful loss. They had been so excited to watch the end of the game...Daddy was at the game and they were cheering so hard. If they're going to be Cowboy fans, they're going to have to get used to getting their hearts broken. First night in their Christmas jammies (don't' judge..I'm aware it's the beginning...
