Just some everyday in the life of the Shulls...
Kensington has finally mastered roller skating!
She's so proud of herself! (And yes, her little brother loves riding around on her baby bike...)
Even though the water was chilly, Kensington splashed and played in Lovie's swimming pool! (After this pic, she stripped to just her undies and played all afternoon...and that water was cold!)
Kensington loves fresh flowers (I am not a flower person...so this surprises me!). I bought her a small little bunch at the grocery store last week, snipped them, put them in a glass and set them on the kitchen counter...about an hour later, I was folding laundry and noticed that she had moved them to her room. She even grouped them with her piggy bank on top of her stacked books. She is just like her Lovie! I see another interior designer in our future!
Blurry...but the other night, I unmade our bed and went downstairs to watch TV with Andrew (while the kids slept). Around 10, we headed up and Kensington was sound asleep in our bed under the covers. Like she owned the joint! What is with this kid moving around and sleeping in weird places??? (And yes...she's wearing Christma pjs...)
After school last week, I heard her in her room reading to her "class".
On Friday, I received this sweet surprise in the mail from Nicole at My Happy Place. It was a cross bracelet made out of the Boston Red Sox colors. I truly can't think of a more perfect gift...given to me on such a monumental day. Boston Strong.
Hope everyone had a great weekend! Don't forget, my Stella & Dot party is still going on. Click here to check it out!
